Description
A short message (approximately 5 to 10 seconds) that usually mentions a sponsor in a fairly sophisticated manner. The applicable regulations differ depending on the Community involved (Flemish or French): the presence of the product is allowed in the north but not in the south. This message usually appears before, and sometimes after, the program sponsored by an advertiser.
