Description
Designation for the main cities of our country, according to the CIM definition. Under this definition, there are 24, including the 5 major centres (Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Liège, and Charleroi), 12 Dutch-speaking urban locations (Aalst, Bruges, Genk, Hasselt, Kortrijk, Leuven, Mechelen, Ostend, Roeselare, Sint-Niklaas, Tienen, Turnhout), and 7 French-speaking urban locations (La Louvière, Mons, Mouscron, Namur, Tournai, Verviers, Arlon).
