CIM Horodatage - update

Photo TV

In recent weeks, significant progress has been made regarding the quality of spot time stamping. It is now 100% correct for daily (re)deliveries from most broadcasters.

It is realistic to achieve a fully perfect result for Live+7 deliveries, the official currency used by the market.
Therefore, as of 24 April, the embargo on spot lists is lifted for all future Live+7 results (always with a one-week validation period).

Regarding back data: the embargo for the month of April will be lifted on 8 May, and the embargo for the month of March on 15 May. On 5 June, the embargo for January and February can be lifted.

The months for which the embargo has been lifted will be clearly communicated by email and continuously updated on the CIM website.

A continuous matching percentage report will be set up.

If a problem remains, agencies can indicate which campaigns are affected and therefore cannot be invoiced. GfK will then make the necessary corrections.

We hope this will enable the market to fully resume its activities.

We would like to thank everyone for their patience, as well as for all the analyses that contributed to this solution.
